How to Decrease Inflammation NATURALLY

Inflammation is awful whether you’re plagued by an acute or chronic inflammatory condition. I’ve been through both, so I completely understand! That’s why I’m here to help. Here’s a quick, fifteen minute video all about how to decrease your inflammation! I’ve also got a few links and recipes for you to try out afterward! Happy Healing, friends!

Turmeric Tea

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 TBS Coconut oil…..

[emaillocker] 1/8 tsp Ginger

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Honey to Taste (optional)

  • Add herbs and spices to hot water, stir, and enjoy!

Anti-inflammatory Sauce

3-4 Garlic cloves

1/2 c Coconut Oil (melted)

1/4 c Cashews

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Basil

1/8 tsp Ground Clove

The juice of half a lemon

Salt and Pepper to taste

water as needed

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend it. Add water as needed for desired consistency. Save the Salt and Pepper for last so that you can taste and adjust to your liking.
